If the public Terms of Service URL in Agreement §16 is blank at signing, this Annex T applies until replaced by a URL notice.

1. Acceptance

By signing the Agreement, Creator accepts these Terms for use of Agency portals, approval queues, file vaults, and communications systems (“Systems”).

2. License to Systems

Agency grants Creator a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access Systems solely for the engagement. Agency may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or security risk.

3. Acceptable use

Creator shall not: reverse engineer Systems; share login credentials publicly; upload illegal content; attempt to exfiltrate other creators’ data; or interfere with Agency security controls.

4. AI and adult content

Creator acknowledges Services include AI-generated SFW/NSFW content under Schedule B and platform rules. Creator remains responsible for Creator’s own platform KYC and tax obligations.

5. Fees

Fees, Baseline, and payment cycles are governed by the Agreement and Schedule A - not by this Annex.

6. Termination of Systems access

On Agreement termination, System access ends after wind-down under Agreement §12.

7. Limitation

Systems are provided “as available.” Mandatory consumer rights (if any) are not excluded where prohibition is illegal. Contractual liability remains as in Agreement §15.

8. Changes

Agency may update these Terms by written notice or new Annex. Material fee/likeness/deletion/notice changes still require Agreement amendment.
